Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour in tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, and yogurt.
  • Soak the rice for 30 minutes after washing it.
  • In a pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion until golden brown.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes after adding the marinated chicken.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes after adding the chopped tomatoes.
  • Mix in the soaked rice thoroughly.
  • Combine the chicken stock, salt, and cilantro leaves in a mixing bowl.
  • Cook, covered, on low heat for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
  • Serve the rice hot, fluffed with a fork.
