Instructions

  • In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable and sesame oil over high heat.
  • Cook for 30 seconds after adding the garlic.

  • Transfer the beef, shrimp, and vegetables to one side of the wok or skillet.
  • Cook until the egg is set on the empty side of the wok or skillet.
  • With a spatula, break up the cooked egg and combine it with the beef, shrimp, and vegetables.
  • Combine everything in the wok or skillet, including the cooked white rice.
  • Mix in the soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
